This thing is crazy. I surprised my band at rehearsal and they just went insane for it!
So I am running this on a second rack above my RD700SX. Really handy for strings, synth swells, and mono legato solos. In fact, more than handy for strings. It's the only keyboard instrument I've played where I feel I have something approaching full control of the dynamics of a string instrument... If you haven't tried one, I cannot recommend it enough.
It's inhumanly easy to play fast, but also great to play slow expressive stuff as well. I'm looking at tuning some guitar patches for it, maybe some sax sounds. Check these videos from the master, Marco Parisi -
