Does the stuff have to be in/on the curio cabinet, or can you just have one somewhere in proximity to all your musical equipment (and/or cats)?

It's an honest question, I feel kind of borderline sometimes. I could make a bigger circle of guitar & bass amps and pedalboards than that picture of Rick Wakeman and his keyboards. The cape I'd have to work on though. That looks like weeks' worth of bedazzling.

I am actually a keyboard player (piano and Hammond) and not a guitarist.... only picked up an electric for the first time when I was 39.

My skills? .. I've lost all my chops from the point of view of muscle memory (work, business and lately playing guitar more than keyboards... life does that) . But when I record I just spend the first few hours working out what will work best for the track and then the next 4 or 5 hours getting it just how I want it. One can do that in a home studio.

Here is a 52 seconds instrumental. I suspect most here will dislike it.
I record rock, jazz, blues and, dare I say, almost country rock in the style of stones circa "Exile on Main St".
This short instrumental is just the more straight up rock n roll style that we sometimes do.
