...and have never played one in my life. I've been fascinated forever, though, and when a used Moog Theremini popped up for 150€ I couldn't resist. I'll post pics when it arrives during the next days but you all know how the Theremini looks like.
So - who else has a theremin? Who really knows how to play and what are your ressources for learning how to play? What do you use it for? Let's talk theremin!

I have several, & a Moog Theremini as well.
Great for clearing rooms!
I put some PIAFF kits into old drive-through speaker enclosures.
With most units I tend to cheat by resting My hand on the body,
it works quite well on the theremini as well.
As the neuropathy dissolves my hands, I figured why not put the tremors to good use.
I warned everybody that as I got older, I was going to learn new tricks.
Here's a short clip of Me playing the keyboard with my slowly palsifying left hand & the Theremini with My right.
