rough mixes, new album

there be a near finished, yet tentative, listing of songs on a new album i'm working on. the music is kind of indie/alt-country/folk/etc. think maybe neil young, richard buckner, vic chesnutt or townes van zandt.

almost all the electric parts are my stock avri jaguar through either twin reverb or blues jr. slide parts are an SG, acoustic is a collings om-3. bass is 5 string jazz bass.

I really like it a lot (here a month after you posted this). I like the vocals, they sound really complimentary to the acoustic tone. Some of it reminds me a bit of Clem Snide, but not quite. Most country musics not really my thing (since I had it crammed down my throat growing up in Oklahoma and Texas) but I dig it. Good pickin'. I like the first half of the songs better than the second. The Train beat thing on San Pedro Bay is cool. Clarity and Angelee are my favorites, I listened to them several times, they are very good. Sounds great.
Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.
