Hi. James Eberhart from St. Louis here. Long time offset lover but could only admire from afar. Anyway, about to do my first mods so I wanted to tap the knowledge here.
My offset is a black Peavey Retro Fire.. two of them and here's the plan. The best parts of both will be made into one minty one and the other is getting a full conversion.. stripped, sanded, routing for JM trem, violin burt (I think), and some workable JM hardware solution for the space I have available.
I also have a 3/4 scale lavender Peavey Rockmaster that will be getting a pair of bargain JM pickups for fun... kids deserve tone too!
Well met!
St. Louis says hello.
