This is the stock wiring
schematic (except rhythm pots 50k/1meg shown swapped), which makes it easier than a wiring diagram to see where the low cut strangle switch lies in the circuit, and how to remove it (plus its cap, and probably the 56k resistor too), and bridge across the circuit where it was ..
The Suhr blower* / Fender passing lane option requires
one DPDT switch for
each pickup you want to send direct to the output ...

*Suhr does it in a more complicated way, supposedly to deal with SC/HB mixes, according to their comment added here ...

Using the strange switch for the DPDT blower on your bridge pickup switch relies on the strangle switch having
all of its
6 DPDT terminals ... some jags have cut down versions that are DPDT size but only have 3 terminals (since the strange switch only needs
SPDT). So check your switch first ... you might need to replace it with a 'full' DPDT.
So you would take off the bridge pickup hot
before it gets to its split roller pot in the CP HH circuit, and send it to the DPDT strangle as in the above diagram ('wire x'). And then the output side of the DPDT would go back to the split roller pot (blue wire to point A). Or if you want the blower
after the split you would take wire x off from the roller output, and send it back to the kill switch.
The red wire to point B goes to the middle lug of the main volume pot in the CP HH circuit, and replaces the existing wire from there to the output jack hot.
I would do the mods in three stages. Do the changeover to the CP HH circuit first to make sure that works. Then do the strangle switch bypass and make sure everything else still works. Then do the blower. Much lower chance of stuffing up and not knowing where to look.
In each case, draw up a list of every wire that needs to be connected / disconnected, in logical order. Then wire it according to that list.
