Well, I'm very excited to be a part of this community, so thank you for keeping it robust and a veritable treasure trove of information!
My very first offset was a 1964 Fender Jaguar in burgundy mist. Excellent guitar, which I foolishly parted with due to unforeseen financial circumstances.
Shortly thereafter I wound up with a 60's MIJ reissue mustang and an early 2000's mustang bass. I loved them both and, in a lot of ways, I enjoyed the mustang more than the jaguar. After several years of use, I wanted to change things up, so both of them left the stable.
Flash forward a decade and now I'm back in the offset game with a 1996 Fender Jag-Stang. 100% stock, which I will end up changing in the ensuing months. The pups, tuners and bridge, any way.
Thank you for allowing me to join this community and I hope to learn a lot and to (eventually) add a lot to it.
