Hello all. First post. Just finished putting together a custom Toronado from an '05 model. This one has TV Jones hi-lo'tron in the neck and Duncan antiquity in the bridge, Kluson aluminum bridge and tailpiece, Kluson locking tuners and a custom wooden pickguard that I think came out pretty well. It's wired up Gibson '50's style and sounds pretty sweet through the Deluxe. I wasn't sure about the pickup pairing but they actually do balance pretty well together. I'm really into the single coil neck sound lately. The bridge is 12 inch radius so it does feel a bit weird but not so bad.

I usually hate CAR guitars, but that one looks great. LOVE the pickup selection. Looks great and welcome to the forum.
What is acoustic? Oh, you means a grandpa's guitars? A grandpa's guitars? That's for pussies and grandpas. I think you know it.

I dig that color of wood against the red and the white rings pop. Nice job! What did you seal the pickguard with?

Very nice work! Has all the hallmarks of my favourite Offset mods - unique, functional, and incorporates elements of non-Fender guitars (the pickups). Well done!
