I have just registered here after being a lurker and an avid offset guitar enthusiast for quite a while. Just recently I have finished my Jazzmaster build which is loosely based off a CBS-era (1966 particularly). All of the parts are new aside from the body, which I won bid for on eBay. The specs are as follows:
-Transparent Blue Alder Jazzmaster body (used but not overly abused)
-Stewmac floating JM/jag tailpiece/vibrato
-Fender American Vintage '65 JM pickups
-Sourcenation flame maple neck (Rosewood, B&B white pearloid inlays, 21 Stew Mac 146 frets, bone nut, 9.5" radius)
-Adjustable mustang bridge
-Fender vintage style tuners
-920D custom shop wiring harness (CTS & Fender pots, orange drop caps, Switchcraft output jack & switches, vintage cloth wire)
-Black Pearloid pickguard
-witch hat knobs
-roller string tree
The guitar is set up for 11s and sounds & feels amazing! I'm extremely happy to own this as my first guitar that is truly my own (my other was handed down/borrowed). All questions/discussions are welcome!
