All my guitars/amps and pedals have been stolen
I am moving to a new place, had all of my music gear locked in the garage while moving things into the new house. Yesterday I walked into the garage and see that all my guitars, amps and pedals had been stolen. The thieves took nothing else..
I am heatbroken. I will most miss "Eve", my highly customized red stratocaster. It was a mexican strat, but it was an exceptional one."Eve" was special.
It was a modest collection, but I loved all of my guitars, all had been modified by me in some way and fit me perfectly. Most of the pedals you see had been also tinkered with, I spent years making incremental mods on their electronics.
AND, I do not have pictures of my VOX AC15C1 and my Fender twin reverb amps that the thieves also took home. I had customized their electronics as well and had become some of the sweetest sounding amps I had tried.
Well, I am left with a with picks and a couple of cables.

Man, this is terrible news
This has happened to me, so I know exactly how you feel.
The pics you are linking don't work, so I fixed them for you:
Where do you live? Maybe posting a location will help people keep an eye out. When my stuff got stolen, I actually managed to retrieve my guitar...although it was a few months later.

Thanks for fixing the links, and I am sorry to hear you got some guitar stolen from you as well. Few things can be more personal than musical instruments.

Sorry to hear that - a frustrating and depressing state of affairs I would imagine.

Yeah, much sadness and no guitar around to find solace in.
I am looking around the house now to see what I could sell to help me get a minimum rig again. One guitar, one cable and one amp. Do I need a refrigerator? maybe not A TV certainly I do not need.

So sorry to hear about this. Get your move over with, and then do some detective work. Keep your eye in pawn shops and craigslist, and start the same thread in other forums.

This fucking sucks, but I am hopeful that you can get some of that stuff back. Post everywhere, every forum, every musicians facebook group in your area. The stuff doesn't disappear, you just need to get people to keep their eyes peeled for you. Good luck.

Man, I'm really sorry to hear that! I lived in that area for ten years, and although the crime rates were quite low, stuff like that did happen. I hope you're able to recover what you've lost. If you have more pics, you should post them here so we can monitor Reverb, eBay, and CL to see if they pop up.
The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

Sorry to hear about the theft, I would be heartbroken.
The guitars are all very distinctive so hopefully if you get the word out someone will spot them.

That's the saddest thing. I'd be devastated.
A friend of mine was in the process of moving into his new house here, and he had brought one load in and then left to get the other only to find he'd been robbed. Someone in the neighborhood kept a key or something, let themselves in.
My point is, maybe change your locks if you haven't already.
So sorry.

Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

That's awful. I'd put your location in the pot title too.

Re: All my guitars/amps and pedals have been stolen
Truly, my heart goes out to you. It is an extremely violating feeling to have your place broken into and your stuff stolen. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It's not just about the money, which is bad enough. When something as personal as an instrument (or family heirloom, etc) is stolen, it's more of an emotional blow than anything.
I hope whoever did this ends up paying for it, and I hope you get your stuff back. As an aside, your photos of your TVLJM "inspired" me to buy that same couch strap (ok, "copied" would be the term!) but I stopped short of the mint guard because I didn't want to be too blatant of a copycat. You have great taste in gear, though!
Hang in there.
