That's what to do on my day off sorted tomorrow
Indeed. It's sucked away some of my time this evening, quite the rabbit hole this could prove to be.
Yeah. I actually only took a brief glance at the website last night. I had another look this morning and, Jesus, there's enough to keep me going for days in there. I don't know where to start so I guess it'll have to be from the beginning.
People can say what they want about Neil Young but, to me at least, he is & always will be an absolute fucking legend! Something like this website only underlines that more. One of the greatest, without a shadow of a doubt.
You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

The greatest. Because he's the only one of the "old" ones who is still creative, searching for the new, not just repeating the old.

For some reason I completely missed Le Noise when it came out in 2010, but thanks to this thread I asked for it at Christmas, and I've very much been enjoying it. No idea why I missed it - it wasn't as if 2010 was the year I gave up noisy guitar music for a life of gentle ambience or anything.

Found out one of my colleagues saw NY at MSG in ‘73. It was her first concert.
