Jupiter Lander - Private Ion mathy post hardcore from Leeds. Saw them a couple of times at Cockpit supporting What Price, Wonderland? and Kids Return when I were a lad.

Kolya - The Story Becomes a Vehicle 'emo'/post hardcore band who owe a lot to Slint (as do Indian Summer).

Harriet the Spy - The Forgettable Fire 'Polvoesque' post hardcore band, pretty chaotic but they're decent. It's hard to find their music without trawling through pages of bollocks about the Book and Film but it's worth it when you do.

Francis Bebey- Forest Nativity this LP (Francis Bebey - Psychedelic Sanza 1982-1984) is a bubbling cauldron of thumb piano magic.

Alasdair Roberts & Robin Robertson - Leaving Saint Kilda beautiful improvised harp rises and falls like the sea, while Robin reads his beautiful verse.

Scottish folk and poetry supergroup! :w00t:

When I heard this the first time something in it reminded me of Paul Schütze ‎- Second Site another spoken word piece though in this case it's a whole LP.

Millie Jackson - The Rap

I can't possibly endorse the sentiments but it's a great song with a fantastic arrangement on a great and a wee bit underrated album I've been punishing the big speakas with all morning.

i think it's a fair assumption that Millie's record sleeve designer might be a seeds fan. but then, who isn't??

DKMD - I'm Watching You

DKMD are David Kristian and Marie Davidson. I posted a track by Marie earlier in this thread. Marie Davidson - Je ne t'aime pas. She does occasionally actually sing like cold wave Donna Summer but she does deliver incredibly seductive spoken word performances.

C'est magnifique!

News to me thanks. I went off and hopped on the preorder train, the sleeve looks like something from Giallo Disco.

Lena Platono - Shadows of Bloodor what ever this translates as from Greek; Αιμάτινες Σκιές Από Απόσταση

Sometimes I buy back catalogue stuff and wonder WHERE WERE YOU ALL MY LIFE. Dark Entries I love you for this.

Fucking AMAZING Greek slow pulse Italio disko that sounds brand new!

Image Oh the sleeve needs to be put in the 80's museum, it's like a home sewing pattern for futurists who reject collars as superfluous in their minimal world. :w00t:
