I've been listening the a lot ofLaughing Hands and this has led me back to listening to Paul Schütze.

I've had Second Site on all morning, it's basically incredibly evocative exotic gongs underpinning a woman with a very interesting voice who is reading descriptions of the architectural astronomical instuments at Jantar Mantar.

‎Paul Schütze ‎- Second Site: 27°37'35" N 77°13'05"

Death in Vegas - Consequences Of Love (Chris & Cosey Remix)with husky speaky speaky from former erotic performer Sasha Grey. Roll on tomorrow when I get this in my hot hands and give it the full big speaka and dance myself into delirium.

And the original if anyone is interested.

BP Fallon & David Holmes - Henry McCullough from the Late Night Tales: David Holmes.
I knew nothing about Henry McCullough, but I like how BP Fallon's voice sounds in the song.
Weatherall's remix is also great, you can hear it around 1:47:22 here or wait for RSD 2017 :-/

Coil - The Sea Priestess Just sheer beauty. The Prescription version was just re-pressed in tiny numbers but not as tiny as the original almost too precious to play 99 (often optimistically listed in the thousands on discogs). Last night I lay in the dark after everyone was in bed, flying high above as I listened.

Was a bit of dream to buy Christmas copies for two of my kids, another one for myself and one as a gift to my best Coil loving friend. Getting them required a lot of fast mouse action and screen refreshing as shops sold out in less than 5 minutes. It's a bit of shame they aren't pressing more because folk who I hope meet with their own Astral Disaster are selling them for several times the cover price on discogs.

A Seattle band by way of New Mexico and Oklahoma called Hypatia Lake has used a fair amount of spoken word on their record trilogy. Each record follows a chronological story line in 3 parts.

They Must Be Russians ‎– Don't Try To Cure Yourself I remember my father coming into my room circa 1980 and saying WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU AND THIS FILTH, I'M CALLING THE PRIEST. I'd not actually had sex at this age or sex education (ever) and I found it quite informative. :D

'catching on the pubic hairs...yeah, yeah pubic hair'
