I've had it for 3 weeks. Can't get over it. It's seriously one of my favorite albums ever, right now. So catchy and melodic. They are playing in Madison mid-September, and it's killing me that it's a Sunday night (I start my work week on Sunday nights).

Black Honey's self-titled debut, just came out today. More pop-y and synth focused that the songs they were releasing this time last year, but I'm really enjoying it and can't wait until I next see them live.

After my fairly deep dive into EDM a few weekends ago with a few friends down in Chicago, I've been craving it lately. One song in particular that my friend had on in the car stuck with me, so I picked up the album.
the EP collection called Trilogy by Carpenter Brut. SO fucking good.

This came out of nowhere, probably have not heard it since it was new nearly 20 years ago. It came on for that final push at work and was quite helpful.
Logic gates based on billiard-ball computer designs have also been made to operate using live soldier crabs of the species Mictyris guinotae in place of the billiard balls.
