Re: Now playing... "what are you listening to right now" thread
I've been listening to ethereal mixes of songs a bit lately. I can't explain it, but they just put me in a really peaceful state. This Clair De Lune ethereal mix is really doing it for me more than most others.

CALIGULA, by LINGUA IGNOTA
It's an astonishing piece of work, and it's going to take me some time to absorb it all, but feels like the effort is well worth it. The "noise" aspects are bit more toned down than her previous works, and there's much more dynamism to the pieces, but the rage is absolutely still there in her excoriating primal screams.

Found a few mixes on YouTube of what's called Chillwave. I'd never heard of it before, but it's really amazing so far. Awesome for active listening AND background music while I'm doing something else. Here are my 3 favorites so far:
Nightlapse
Plasma

Picked up Lush by Snail Mail and am REALLY loving it. Never heard of them before Friday. Need to find if they've got other albums.

Apparently Lush is their first full-length release. They've got a couple of EPs from before that though.jam007 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 5:22 amSame!
