enjoyed them.

thanks
If I was a byrd, I'd be mighty sore every time they shut the door and I don't think I'd sing...

Thanks for the heads up on the new release, Shadowplay !
I've been following them since you recommended them in a thread about Earth (a long while back), and I somehow missed this new music.
Sounds really great so far.

There's a (digital only) side project called Lessons. It sounds not unlike Colder or perhaps something like Pallers being at the nexus of coldwave and rolled up sleeve 80's neon.

It's not guitar music so probably of less interest but i'll post it anyway.

Lessons - Tempest

and ye olde bandecampe

As a more guitar focussed bonus ball have a listen to this; Bibio - haikuesque (the gentleman losers whispers in the rain mix)

Btw if you don't know Bibio check him out, he's a very tasteful player, songwriter and innovative producer.

Couple of live guitar things to look at.

Bibio - You Won't Remember. (session)

Bibio - Dye The Water Green (session)

Bibio - Lovers' Carvings with handy tuning information. Go Directly to Camberwick Green, do not pass Go.

Bibio - Petals (Live Session)’

New elpee Make We Here Our Camp of Winter is out, colder, more ascetic and melancholy than Permanently Midnight, as if hope has packed up and left and IMO all the better for it. It's a record for the lost land between town and country that's overgrown, desolate and between purposes, at least that's how I hear it.

Or as Lady Shadowplay puts it; 'Country for people who like Boards of Canada or Boards of Canada for people who like Country'.

The Gentleman Losers - Make We Here Our Camp of Winter on ye olde Bandcamp. It's been out on digital for a few months apparently but it might as well have bene out on sheet music because I don't do a lot yomping in the digital woods.

and some visuals

The Gentleman Losers - Always Crashing on the Same Wave

The Gentleman Losers - Bend Low, Sweet Branch, Bend Low heartbreaking beauty
