shows how raw the Floyd used to be plus I just love Echos
It's not about the gear! It's about you, your hands, your imagination, your feelings.

Jeff Tweedy's "Sunken Treasure" is a favourite at the minute...................I think Jeff Tweedy is at his best right now.

I like that DVD, it's one of the few music DVDs I own. I'm not the hugest Led Zep fan and I probably would never have bought it if I hadn't seen it playing at a party .. the live footage from it is mostly completely mesmerising.

The performance of 'Immigrant Song' on that DVD is fantastic.mezcalhead wrote: I like that DVD, it's one of the few music DVDs I own. Count me as a fan of the Led Zep DVD. It's the only Zeppelin I own, but it really is something.
also- it's got JPJ offset content!

"Best ever" is tough... but my own favorite right now: Rory Gallagher Irish Tour '74. An absolute classic and shows him at his prime. I like the Led Zep box set too, especially Jimmy's solo performance of "White Summer".

Re: best live dvd ever???
others have already mentioned some of my favorites (REM Tourfilm, Cure Trilogy, Bauhaus Gotham), so i'll throw out a couple others i like.
Luna, "Tell Me Do You Miss Me" is a fascinating chronicle of that band's final tour with some great performances. also, "Open Road" by Cowboy Junkies is really cool. that was a good tour for "Open," which i think is the Junkies' best album.
