CD storage case options

Post by tdbajus » Mon Feb 11, 2019 12:45 pm

Anyone have any recommendations for CD + art storage, so I can recycle my jewel cases?
Case Logic keeps popping up, but isn't their stuff kind of cheap and crappy? I don't mind spending a little extra money to get something nice.
I have about 2000+ CDs

I've no personal experience as an owner because I'm all black format but I know a few people who use systems like these. You essentially retain much of the function and browseability but in less shelf space.

Otherwise you could use DJ flightcases if the notion of big cases about the place is OK for you. There's one in every price bracket from generic to those Slappa ones.

David, those plastic sleeves are pretty cool. My favorite are when the artists just decide to release the CD with the paper case, but those are nice. I might buy some.

I don't know about the new-er Case Logic stuff, but I had a 200 CD case from them in high school which was very nice. Like this. If you look at the logo here, the ones that were great looked like that. The new logo from Case Logic are yellow/yellow and white.
