Geniuser 'I AM' - ex The Wolfgang Press/Mass/Rema Rema

Michael Allen of Wolfgang Press trades and collaborates as Geniuser these days. He had a previous Geniuser elpee out in 2005 'Mud Black' that was OK overall and very good in places but the new one 'I Am' is a lot better IMO and I think a cut above late model Wolfgang Press and in some ways harking back to Bird Wood Cage period TWP (like Find You which sounds quite like Bottom Drawer.

Possibly of niche interest at best but I'm doing this as a public service measure because like all the tat on QVC it's not available in the shops, so it's unlikely TWP fans would just stumble upon it. You can buy it direct here however.

I really like it, he's still as idiosyncratic as ever and I'm delighted he got back on the horse.

I did buy it - but I need to give it some more listens. I haven't fallen for it yet.

I'm a big fan of the Legendary thru Bird Wood period Wolfgang Press and saw them a couple of times back in the day.
