Here's a bassist that has already been mentioned, I think, young Peter Hook with Joy Division or more accurately Warsaw at this point.

Also, the bassist with Talk Talk is a great player, probably everyone knows this song,
its bass line is excellent.
But there's also
this motherfucker as well. Great song, great bass line.
Talk Talk is a great band.
