A hell of a song and yeah, the video is very much essential to the experience. It's pretty profound. Saw all this for the first time yesterday, and as someone who's been in bands that played songs with some connection to traditional song writing, this track drove home to me how much music is warping into new areas. You here a song like this and it does really seem like a lot of guitar rock is set in the past. Maybe I'm overthinking it.

I should edit that to say "political" rather than "protest", which still wouldn't really adequately describe this. It doesn't need me to qualify it, at any rate.
