I couldn't actually find any demos of the Boss. I wouldn't mind getting one (or both) of the EHX one's, but I just wish I knew if I could control it via my Electro Faustus Drum Thing...
The drum thing is a piezo dealy with an output jack, right? Then yes.
It is! Piezo pickup glued inside straight to an output jack. Really? I figured an external trigger would need to be midi or electronic of some kind, or at least more than the Drum Thing is...

Nope! Electronic drums are built around piezo transducers going straight to an output jack. The drum brain registers an incoming signal and its amplitude and works out the "velocity" of the hit from there and plays an appropriate sample. Analog jobs just run it into an opamp, I believe, and then shape it from there.
This is an excellent rectangle

That's awesome!! I forgot that it does have a volume knob too, but that shouldn't make a difference in that case. I might have to pick up both EHX drum boxes... They're only like $115 apiece...

I totally forgot, as per the original post, two of my pedals (which aren't exactly effects as such, but noise machines) are crazy weird. Both from Electro-Faustus: Photo Theremin and Black Fly!

If racks count, I had one of those Soviet "Lell" digital reverberator (i.e. modulated delay) units. DIN plugs and cyrillic labels.

Master amp destroyer, with option of sounding either violent crickets or exploding bass.

It broke though. the modulation was actually really nice, but don't know what was going on with the levels and oscillation in it (possibly already broken but cool anyway as long as you had some control of the volume coming out of it. the dirtiest thing imaginable hard to believe it was digital in any way...

Got a modded clone of The Great Destroyer off Reverb (a "Greater Destroyer") and I'm still not sure that it isn't broken/wasn't a scam. Between all six pots there's only about one setting that even approaches usable, everything else is just gnarly sputtering.

Not really a pedal, but I have an OTO Biscuit that does some fun things to your signal.

weirdest i own? MASF Raptio

It's a hold pedal like the EHX Freeze but it sounds a lot more lo-fi

and it also has a "glitch" delay mode where you can get infinite stuttering repeats depending on how long you leave it pressed

it's pretty much the best pedal ever

I've owned a few weird pieces, like the LAL cyber psychic and misty cave, a ton of oscillating fuzzes, red panda particle etc etc, but he one that continues to give me weird and unique stuff is the digitech Timebender. Hands down the best pedal I own.

And also the Seppuku Fx Memory loss is also a favorite. I like it as either a really fucked up fuzz, a glitch machine or just shoegaze-in-a-box delay+fuzz

Hey! I know you from ILF! Good to see a fuzz lovin (even though you only have a source audio and death grips still sucks, right?) buddy here :)

I have a broken DOD Fx25 Envelope Filter that you can only get one sound out of.....basically a Bootsy Collins space bass tone. Which is awesome. Best $20 I've spent in a long time.

Hey there! I don't think I remember your nickname I'm sorry  Do you use the same nickname over there?

The Source Audio thing is not about their fuzz pedal (do they have a fuzz anyways?), it's their EQ pedal that made me LOVE fuzz pedals because I can "shape" it to sound good no matter the amp or speaker I'm using. Right now I'm using a DAM Meathead clone I've built and I love how it sounds through a Champ, Twin, JC120, Pro Jr, YBA1, Eighty Five... you name it! Heck, I even like it directly into a USB Audio Interface: https://soundcloud.com/morgen-32470107/loop1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Cheers and enjoy offsets and fuzz!
