Right now, the dirt on my board is like this: Rat (jerms 78 Rat) -> Sarno Earth Drive -> Mk1 Tonebender (Jimmy Behan) -> Muff (SUF Violet Ram's Head) -> Os Mutantes Fuzz (Basic Audio Fuzz Mutant) -> Stone Deaf PDF-1 (which has a clipping/overdrive option as well). I also routinely add a jerms FZ-1. Looks like a lot of dirt but they're all very different sounds and I use them a lot in combination.

Big Muff w/ tone wicker
DS2
BB Preamp clone. (caline orange burst, suprisingly good).
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Just the two

Big Muff Pi
Devi Ever Soda Meiser

Also have a DS-1 but it doesn't get a guernsey on my board right now and was replaced by the Muff

3 at the moment: marshall drivemaster, joyo ultimate and a Danelectro Fabtone. I'm going to swap that last one out with either my Made By Mike '78 IC Muff or my Way Huge Swollen Pickle because the Fabtone is not as versatile as I'd like. With a bit of EQing, I can get a reasonable facsimile of the Fabtone sound I want using just the joyo and the marshall together.

2...but it's more like 1 and 1a. Germanium FuzzFace (Fulltone '69) and Harmonic Percolator (Chuck Collins/Theremaniacs/Interfax).
These are mainstays that simply do not want to be replaced. It's not for a lack of attempt, they have yet to be outshined in my rig.
If I'm playing, one of them is probably on.
Occasionally a Muff is added (v4, v6 or v7) and/or Tonebender 1.5 (Prune Works The Cornballer)
The hunt is on, and on and on...

I've established 3 as the maximum.
1 booster
1 overdrive (ac/dc kinda sound)
1 Fuzz

It was Ibanez sd-9-> CC fuzz v1 -> CC drive v1
Now it's like:
SD-9 -> Black Russian Muff -> Overlord

But i don't think i can seel the CC fuzz though...

I have 2, a Vox Ice 9 for subtle O/D, and then a Big Muff for sledgehammer parts. I tend to use my amp distortion more than pedals anyway, I just like having the option.

at the moment, 2.

aria distortion (a rat on roids) and a pharoah boost (think ac30 top boost)

i still have to built my pharoah/dod 250 in one box but it will cover most bases for me

there are 7 od/boost/fuzz pedals on my main board. it's a lot, but i use all of them in the current set of songs. it's been this way for a couple of years. we play originals, so it's not that i have to create sounds to copy other players.

i have started a second small board. i currently have only one drive and one fuzz on that board. i've yet to use that board at band practise. maybe one day i will try to play our set with that board.

3. 4 if you count compression, but I just use that for lap steel work really.

EP Booster
Keeley Blues Driver (had for 6 years, still my favorite drive of all time)
A super thick fuzz made by some guy in Minneapolis I found in a little shop.

3 dirt pedals, but one is a "two in one".
Reuss RSH-02 (combines MXR blue box and MXR distortion) + EHX Big Muff Pi + Joyo Vintage Overdrive (cheap tubescreamer, gets the job done).

Anyone here have any experience with an Artec Classic Fuzztown? It looks and sounds interesting in demos and has overall positive reviews.

Too many...

My dirt goes as follows:
Infanem Driving Notion (for metallic crunchy post-rock licks) -> EQD White Light (light OD with neck pickup) -> EQD Sound Shank (buzzaround clone) -> Dr. Scientist The Elements (or ProCo Whiteface Rat reissue) -> '78 Op-Amp Big Muff -> Klon KTR (always-on pedal on clean parts, used also as a booster for the White Light and/or The Elements/Rat)
