pedal boards

Post by manwith2brains25 » Sat Mar 31, 2007 7:28 am

i have like 7 pedals but no pedal  board so the chords get all tangled up and its hard to move them around and the batteries die so chaos ensues.  so does anyone know of any cheep pedal boards with those things that you can put into the pedal so the batteries wont constantly die?
still havent thought of a signature

mm..don't buy that expensive rockbag things ore some similar..100$ are to much for a pedalboard of plastic and velcro, they have a very noisy adaptor too..buy a piece of plywood, some velcro and for the adaptor buy a normal "switching" one plus a daisy chain for powering all the FX..you'll spend 50$ at least...
Architecture students are like virgins with an itch they cannot scratch,  never build a building 'till are fifty, what kind of life is that?

www.nycpedalboards.com

Just got mine - cheap, and very solid. I like it a lot. And for powering 7 pedals, a One-Spot + daisy chain should do you fine.

Alternatively, I used a Boss BCB board for a couple of years before getting my NYC board, and that was fine too. Came with a good Boss adaptor/daisy chain as well, which I still use.

I 'made' mine by taking a block of wood out of my closet. And it works great, I just need to buy some super short cables.
