That seems to make sense. If you look up the tonestack for a bigmuff those values are similar. I doubt that anything will give you much more volume though. Here's why I suggested the LPB at the end of the circuit:
The big muff is an exact clone of the Supa Tonebender with one difference, the Supa Tonebender had lower output, so they added the LPB circuit to the end of it. I would say, change the values to what they told you on HCFX and if that doesn't boost it enough add on the LPB-1 Circuit, and that will definitely do it.
