A few changes. Really impressed with the Alexander F.13. Also added the MXR Tap for use with the Electro-Harmonix Canyon.

Bought the Meris Mercury 7 a couple of weeks back, and have an Ottobit Jr on loan at the minute too. Got to say, absolutely blown away by them - they sound incredible.

This little loop is all Meris:

I've been thinking about replacing the Ring Thing with dedicated tremolo and phaser pedals, since those two are the only sounds I really use from it.

My current setup. Took off a Rat clone & transparent drive (used as a boost) for the Little Bear modded rat w/ boost.

nice, haven't seen many f-13's on boards. have been very curious about that pedal. is it analog or digital? i want it mainly 'cause it's my favourite colour, drab green!

I used to have the same board, except I was an idiot and filled it. It was so heavy I could barely lift it, so back to Ikea I went and made a smaller one.

Probably my personal peak-DIY effects setup:

Image

I'll swap in different options for compression, drives, modulation over time, but don't think I can replace any more of the commercial pedals with something I've built.

In case of interest:

Whammy V > VM-Pro > Turbo Tuner > MB Mangler/Fuzz Face > 1776 Bearhug Compressor > BYOC Super 8:

- Loop 1: MB Kraken/Mutron Micro V > EQD Pitch Bay
- Loop 2: Aion Stratus/Tubescreamer > Lectric-fx Bloozehound/BD-2
- Loop 3: FuzzDog Astrotone > Aion Halo/Big Muff
- Loop 4: CAYA Chorus/Small Clone
- Loop 5: MB Current Lover/EM
- Loop 6: 1776 Cardinal Tremolo
- Loop 7: AMZ Mini Boost
- Loop 8: MB Dirtbag Deluxe/DMM

> GCE Tenebrion Reverb > Amp

All powered by VL ISO-5 and PP2+ under the board plus a MB Road Rage at 15v for the delay.

Big thanks and credit to Scruffie and EBK and the MB and DIYSB forums for support, encouragement and inspiration.

I just finished recutting a shit ton of George L's and wired this garbage pile together. There's a T-Rex Chameleon under the Supa Trem powering the right board. Everything is strategically routed either before or after the PDS8000 depending on whether I want to manipulate the loops or else use it to loop some other noise from different pedals. I've taken quite a long break from looping and noise and damn does it feel good to be back. Need more loopers now.

Holy dual pedals Batman!! How do you like the Gray Channel? I've been considering trying one on bass.

I really like it man. It's surprisingly super versatile and it nails the Bob Mould thing.
