This setup was working great for Sunday afternoon jams at the shop today:
Lee JM and Les Paul Classic > purple board > '63 Jet J-12-D (w/ Weber 10A125) and Sock Monkey 12/10
I'm really grooving on the Sock Monkey. It sounds like a significantly less noisy and slightly trashier version of my 1974x to my ears and seems to click really well w/ the Jet, Z28, or AST Pro when going for the dual, dirty/clean(er) amp thing. It's very workable at bedroom volume through small jam levels dialing it for edge of (or slightly over) breaking up on the hard hits and boosting to crunch w/ some combo of BC183, Modele B, and the left side of the Double Rock set for Super Duper w/ the right side of the Double Rock for heavy overdirve and the Olympia for a great articulate & nasty fuzz tone.

Checking out the newly acquired '56 Streamliner tonight through some Nocturne goodness into the Z28 and VibroRic:
I think I may have just achieved the noir/pasketti western sound of my dreams with the Mystery Brain for slap, the El Pescadoro providing a big drippy plate and awesome boost, and the trem on the Vibro Ric set for stun

That 3 Monkey amp looks incredible...been eyeing them up for a while, but Just have no space for one at the moment!

I reorganized a little bit. JM Jaguar / 73 Telecaster / 66 Mustang through these pedals into my amp which is an old 67 Vox Pacemaker. It is very loud and I can´t really have it up past two. But it´s a very clean amp that is great for pedals. One thing that is annoying is that lately I have had a lot of trouble with digital noise because of the TC Electronic stuff. I don´t have any problems going into my DAW, just into the amp...
Sometimes I just want to get rid of everything except the Quattro.

So we were in the studio and brought our whole weird stuff together for the first time:
Today's last song was overdubbed using the Eastwood Sidejack and the Vaporizer, while most other songs were recorded using my Jaguar and my Bandmate's Jagmaster (note the good looking length of the Trem-arm (even though it's hanging down atm. (a Teisco and an Epiphone semi hollow were used to but not today)
Amp-Madness with a clear (brand) preference. Most guitar tracks were recorded in an extra room for bleed-free drum tracks (we were recording live, all instruments at the same time) - the Marshall cabinet was only used as a height aid - and the Head on top is the raw prototype of my bandmate's Hot Rod Deluxe head modification. Hopefully soon to be redone and tolexed...
my board (left upper corner is normally occupied with the DBA Echomaster (but our singer used it in the control room) - and the space is soon to be taken anyhow by my custom bent aluminium enclosure to house both the Surfy Bear & Trem.
Second guitarist's pedal board - he is responsible for all the spheric sounds.
Bassist's Board. Yes a Bassist may have some grit in his sound too! Also the Peavey Stack (that can be seen in picture one) is pretty dirty itself.

Monday night I plugged in a few new-ish pedals for my bass rig: Jag bass > tuner > SS/BS Mini > Dwarfcraft Baby Thunder > Malekko Sneak Attack > Death By Audio Ghost Delay. Mini driving the Baby Thunder was epic. If I maxed out the treble on the Mini, and had the tone a bit higher into treble territory from 12:00, I got a dirty Raveonettes sound which was just doing it for me. I swapped between the Mini and my EQD Westwood to see if I have a preference, and they're surprisingly similar, at least the way I was using them. Also, the Sneak Attack into the multi-rhythmic delay of the Ghost Delay was fucking amazing.
Sorry for no picture, but that was a really good night!!

as someone who uses a baritone and has access to a vaporizer atm, i have to say this is a good setup to have.
