I've got an old DOD phaser that looks to be about the same era as your chorus, Doug. The last time I checked they were going for about $85-$90, so I'd guess the $100+ mark is right on for the chorus pedal.
The reviews you linked sound promising - did you try this thing out yet?

Regarding the wah pedal, you might look at the inductor inside of it. That is what can help you determine the value.
If you open it and happen to find a stack of dimes inductor, you could probably get more for it on Ebay. Just put it in bold letters with exclamation marks and keep saying "Vintage" a lot!
