I also forgot... you can also get a Boss Line Selector (I got mine used for $60), and from what I remember you can set a bypass signal as normal and set with the pedal two different volumes for two other signals going into it via the two line volumes. That way you could adjust two of the guitars to whatever the other guitar signal would be in bypass mode.
It's a great, very useful pedal regardless. Has a great clean boost on board, a good a/b box, and you can use it to set two different effects loops as well. It's an option.
