Orginal TS808 Overdive Pro Worth?

Hi, i have an old Tubescreamer from the period 1980-82, i think. It has the normal Ibanez logo (without (r) ). The serial number is 155***. It has the JRC4588D chip. It isn't mint condition, but i would like to have a price estimate. Some on reverb are 1000$ and other 100$, so i get a bit confused.
