I got a Death by Audio Sonic Annihilator 2. It is pretty wild. I have mostly been using it with my Kaossilator Pro synth and a Dwarfcraft Memento tremolo or a Catalinbread Bicycle delay.

What cool things did Santa or Mrs. Claus give you?

Didn't get any effects, but I got a gnarly black velvet strap from Original Fuzz. They're expensive, but I highly recommend

I got a Forza Horizon 4 from my brother, a Nike Air Max from my darling and an Armani watch from my mum No new gear tho!

I got a gift card, which I will use to get the entire suite of Rob Papen's instruments and effects. I'll be very happy with that.

Got a TE OP-Z. Lots of fun so far. Looking forward to trying it with my full set up once I'm back in the city.

I received the Surfy Industries DIY kits.
A JFET Spring Reverb and a Brown/Blackface Tremolo (thanks again for the many recommendations in my thread a few weeks back!)
Had no time to set it up but at least I found a enclosure for the trem in my drawyer, so I could start tonight or tomorrow! Looking so forward to the results!
Now off to the band- rehearsal!

I got something that is literally cool. My wife bought me a Hawaiian shave ice machine. It's hard to explain how intensely I love shave ice on a hot day...not exactly a seasonal gift, but an awesome one when the weather turns warm again!

I got an acrylic template set for a telemaster

After several years of coasting along with the gear I already have, I went a little nuts over the past few days and bought:

• Barber Gain Changer (used)
• Line 6 Echo Park (used)
• Catalinbread Merkin (used)
• NOS tube complement for my Vibroverb RI $$$
• MJT Tele body for a Joe Strummer neck I got off eBay a few months ago
• Souldier Marigold strap

Partial blame for this somewhat spectacular fall off the wagon goes to the fact that I've been working on an album of my original songs for about a year. I met a singer/songwriter at the studio where I record who asked me to collaborate on some songs, and it looks like I may be playing some shows with her as a backup singer/guitarist. And if that wasn't enough, a drummer I used to play with 10 years ago texted me that he's moving back to the area and wants to start a new project with me. Surely I need some new gear for all that, right?

So, I took the $$$ I got and bought a Moog Grandmother and a JHS Ryan Adams VCR Drive/Chorus/Reverb pedal.

Nice! We went to Asheville a couple of months ago and got to fiddle around with the Grandmother at the Moog factory/store – very cool!

My brother in law bought our family a Nintendo switch with Mario Cart. We got my daughter Super Smash Brothers and my wife got me Super Mario Odyssey. I played Mario for like 4 hours yesterday, and now I'm considering buying Skyrim for myself
