tremolo (though I’d put it at the end of the chain)
reverb (another end of chain thing)
a wooly fuzz
a clean boost
If that were my setup I might also put a looper with a dry signal blend on the bottom left and patch the chorus and all the delays into it.

Both the Dwarfcraft Devices Twin Stags tremolo and Red Panda Context reverb would fit that exact spot beautifully.

You won't like this, but something like a Line 6 M5.
You have great versions of all of the sounds you really want already there on the board. The next thing would be to dedicate one space to reasonable versions of sounds you only kinda want.
Get it for the filters, delays, reverbs and modulations. Treat everything else as a bonus.

^A multi effect of sorts? Might not be a bad idea... a
Ive owned some shitty ones before like the RP50 I think is called and a Boss ME50 I think it was called. They both hummed a lot. More so the Boss.
What are some other good ones besides the Line 6 one?

I'll suggest it before Megan does, how about the Zoom MS-70CDR?

The only multieffects that really interests me is a Bitquest. Never tried one though, so I’m not sure how practical it is for dialing in a variety of sounds in a live situation. You’d certainly have the crazy fuzz thing covered with one though.

They aren't too bad to dial in. There are a ton of settings to remember (two knobs that do different things in different modes), but they're fun.marqueemoon wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 10:11 pmThe only multieffects that really interests me is a Bitquest. Well, I'm a fan of the Line 6. They can be had cheap because Line 6 don't enjoy the greatest reputation, but the delays and reverbs are excellent.
The Zoom gets a lot of recommendations too, but I haven't played one.
As far as I know, those are the only two "grown up" ones. The rest of them all look like the terrible, shitty ones we remember from our youth. I might be wrong.
