Zeppelin Design Labs Quaverato Harmonic Tremolo
Just found this today. Sounds REALLY good. Some cool options too.

that sounds great! and what an interesting company, their product line and design aesthetic are idiosyncratic to say the least -Shadoweclipse13 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 08, 2018 9:39 pmZeppelin Design Labs Quaverato Harmonic Tremolo

I agree. It's kinda cool to see them make a bunch of different things, but I'd love to see more pedal designs from them too. As big and expansive as the Quaverato is, I just wish it also did non-harmonic tremolo too.

In the features section on their page it says "Harmonic or Traditional tremolo"Shadoweclipse13 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 16, 2018 3:49 amAs big and expansive as the Quaverato is, I just wish it also did non-harmonic tremolo too.
Edit:
It says "Both Traditional (In-Phase) and Harmonic (Out-Of-Phase) Tremolo modes" further up on the page too.

I missed that! I figured the phase was something else...fortytwo wrote: ↑Fri Nov 16, 2018 2:36 pmIn the features section on their page it says "Harmonic or Traditional tremolo"Shadoweclipse13 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 16, 2018 3:49 amAs big and expansive as the Quaverato is, I just wish it also did non-harmonic tremolo too.

I'm really tempted to do the same thing, especially since there's a 10% off code in the new Distortion e-mag.DeathJag wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 7:36 amOrdered one about two seconds after seeing it. Re: What are some good Trem pedals these days?
So, I have this thing about getting that sweet clean tone between multiple amps, and having a stereo trem available. This pedal is mono, BUT, at great expense, you can use two of these to together and have a stereo harmonic trem!
There are two versions of these pedals, and for $40 more you can get a “MIDI equipped” version. Then get another and connect them. Here’s what he wrote when I asked a out it below. It seems if I ever messed with MIDI, this pedal would give me some pretty hard-to-duplicate (or maybe impossible?) sounds!
“Yes. It's like this: You need two Quaverati that are MIDI-enabled. Sending a simple CC message to one pedal will invert it relative to the other. Then you can easily control the two pedals as one by just leaving them on the same MIDI Receive channel. Every function is accessible with MIDI messages from any MIDI controller. You can even use an external MIDI foot switch to set tap time, or use a sequencer to send MIDI clock messages that will keep the two pedals in synch but inverted. Split your signal and send it into the two pedals, and Presto! Complete, sensational stereo. By leaving the pedals in PHASE IN mode (traditional tremolo) and DEPTH=Maximum, the pedals modulate between full volume and no volume, but out of phase: complete stereo panning. Putting the pedals in PHASE=OUT mode (harmonic tremolo), now you get each channel modulating between bright and dark (as seen in our demo videos), but again out of phase: when right channel is bright, left is dark and vice versa. And every combination in between. I suppose we should work up a demo video. I'll have to get someone other than Brach to host, though. His tastes are refined and genteel. I need a more flamboyant musician for this job!”

Re: What are some good Trem pedals these days?
That's super cool, but it's too bad he couldn't just make a stereo version. I could see where the MIDI could be handy, but I like the idea of having a true stereo version of it. Even if it was $100 more to put 2 pedal engines/pedal guts into one enclosure, it would be nice to have one unit for pedalboard space alone. Still though, that would sound really epic I think If you did that, you could have one on the floor and the MIDI-slaved Quaverato in a pedalboard-controlled rack...

We think alike! My response was that it’s very cool that two pedals can do stereo, the price sucks, and I wish it were just available as a stereo pedal. Maybe eventually! I have a MIDI organ in this band so that MIDI thang will be fun to play with.

That would be awesome! If you get one and try it with your organ, let us know how it sounds!!

Re: What are some good Trem pedals these days?
Sigh. I’m not going to mess with the MIDI version. It needs a controller and I’m not into that. I thought it was as easy as connecting two pedals together, but it’s not. Maybe in the future when I have more time to get into it, but now is not the time. It doesn’t need MIDI to work with the organ so I may still play with that.
Sticking with the Fulltone SupaTrem2 for the stereo thing. Which I told the Zeppelin dude, so maybe they’ll make a stereo version in the future...

It is probably too simple but the SolidGoldFX Stutter-Lite is pretty good.
