Have you checked out the Earthquaker Devices Aqueduct? It has a lot of options, but on a rotary dial - so not quite as overwhelming as the CBA stuff can be.

It's not a great suggestion, necessarily, but the (discontinued) Digitech EX-7 Expression Factory has models for a Univibe, a Leslie rotary and some other things, like 2 different wahs, an XP-300 space station, and an A/DA Flanger and maybe some kind of chorus-y thing), housed in a large, wah-shaped pedal.

Not nearly as nice as other suggestions on here, and it's digital, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

It's a boost booster, to boost your boost - it makes your tone much muchier.

The Digitech Ventura Vibe seems to do it all very good: https://youtu.be/a5mMSW1Nm3s
There's three modes: Univibe (can do chorus or vibrato), pitch vibrato and rotary and they did this clever thing where you can fasten up the effect by holding the footswitch.

After responding to this post awhile back, I started poking around the internet and found a video that compared several kinds of rotary speaker simulator pedals. I was struck by the DLS Effects RotoSIM and found one at a reasonable price on Reverb. I bought and am pretty happy with it. Better than I would have thought.

This is not the video I originally saw, but it demonstrates what the pedal sounds like pretty well. It is easier to use than the Strymon Lex and (I thing) sounds as good.

And I like this starting around 3:29 on. (maybe just me, I dk)
