Show your minimal boards
I'm admittedly a pedalhead but I love seeing small 3-4 pedal boards, they're so satisfying.
When money permits I would love to set up a really nice minimal board.
Anybody here gone down the minimalist route?

Re: Show your minimal boards
I'm so minimal I don't even have an actual board. I got ibanez chorus, Maxon delay, and fuzzhugger fuzz running through Princeton reverb. I rarely use the fuzz or amp's trem. I'm usually doing reverb, chorus, and delay. I daisy chain them, one day I'll get a board, power source, and tuner. That's probably it unless I get an uber bee.

Re: Show your minimal boards
I’ve had a couple of the smaller Pedaltrain boards. Last year I picked up the new small board from VooDoo Lab with the PP2+ supply. I had trouble with the one spot ans noise in some places. The PP2+ fixed all that.

Here's the setup I use with my band.
Here's my baby stereo board for messing around. It has the same categories of effects in the same order, but gets much trippier.
Both are powered by Cioks DC5s.
Hoping to throw together a baby bass board soon using my old daisy chain power supply and stuff I have lying around. Lately I've been pretty happy with nothing but a tuner though.

I would honestly be quite happy with just a tuner, fuzz and analog delay, maybe a Mr Black Supermoon as it sounds amazing.

I only have 4 pedals (Bass to Volume pedal to Limiter/Enhancer to EHX Bass Big Muff Pi to Zoom MS-70 CDR, but I do have chorus/Delay/EQ/Reverb lined up in the Zoom, so that's kind of cheating
This is a signature. If you're reading this you've gone past the end of my post.

Re: Show your minimal boards
Really cool! I love how the PP2+ mounts with access to the dip switches. I kinda hate having to flip my pedaltrain when I need to get to them. Also a big fan of minimal boards. I have a PT Jr. but I've always been longing for a board where I only have one single row. Makes more sense to me.
No pics of mine at the moment but for the last few years its been a Guitar -> Honey Bee ->Delay (either a Maxon AD-900 or DMM or both) -> TU-2 into a Princeton. I could easily do a smaller single row board.

Re: Show your minimal boards
Just got some new Hosa cables in the mail, so I finally got this bad boy set up as should be:
pedaltrain by Steve Bailey, on Flickr
So that DOD Rubberneck sounds incredible. Everything I liked in my old Carbon Copies but more audible and easier to deal with because of the tap tempo. Everything else (aside from the OCD, now set to 18v so let's see how that goes) has been there forever.
The fuzz on the top of the picture seems to walk by whenever I play guitar, but it rarely affects my signal. Weird.

This is the current experiment.
I use this board to create / experiment. It's not as noisy as a daisy chain, but it's not silent.
