I had a One spot that was amazingly noisy and never worked for me, so I'm looking for something else. Most of my pedals haven't seen usage in over a year as I haven't had a decent power supply. I rarely chain more than 3 at once, so I can make do with something fairly small/cheap.
Was also looking at portable/rechargable options so I can go busking - would be useful as they can charge phones etc. too. Leaning towards some of these, there seem to be some around the €50 mark but if there's anything even less that'd be useful.
Affordable power supply options?

Re: Affordable power supply options?
Well there’s a few dodgy ones on eBay and Alibaba that are around $30 or so. But my friend got one and it’s been nothing but trouble like noise and shorts and oddball flashing led moments.
Maybe you can find a used T-Rex Fuel Tank Jr somewhere. It’s very small, it has five isolated outputs and should work with your setup. I have one that I got used and cheap. I think people might sell them because the max output per plug is 120mA. This is good enough for most pedals but not when you start getting into fancy digital effects. My EHX Freeze pedal, for instance, requires 140mA so I’m still running it on its own power supply. When I can afford a power supply with stronger outputs I’ll likely sell the Fuel Tank Jr.

Re: Affordable power supply options?
There are a few products that will step up voltage from a 5V USB charger or battery to 9V.
The VHT Vooster came out not too long ago. Can't find any mA specs though.
I'm using a Godlyke Power-All on my secondary board. It works pretty well. Can't compare to the One Spot as I've never owned one, but I'm pretty happy with it. It will be fine until I can afford something nicer like a Cioks Adam or another DC-5 like I use on my main board.

Why not look at something like the Cioks Adam? 4 isolated outputs, and about $110. You won't have noise issues from that. Looking for cheap power supplies is what's gonna give you noise and other problems...
EDIT: read all the replies and still missed marqueemoon's mentioning of a Cioks Adam. Haha.

Re: Affordable power supply options?
So far IME, "affordable" has meant potentially noisy. That being said, I've had several small setups that sounded great running daisy chained off of a 1Spot. If you've got noise w/ 3 pedals daisy chained off of one and not when they are plugged in individually to that 1spot, I'm thinking it's most likely that one of the pedals is going to need to be on its own isolated supply.
I'd recommend a CIOKs DC5 or Stymon Ojai (or Ojai R30 if you need 12/18V taps) for small setups like you're describing. Personally I don't see myself buying anything other than the Strymons in the future based on my experience to date w/ a couple of Ojais and a Zuma. Everything is dead quiet, they seem really nicely built, and 500mA/tap means I can run just about anything I may need to off of 1 circuit. To be honest I've been kinda surprised how competitively priced they are too, the Strymon PSUs seem to be very close to Voodoo Lab, CIOKS, Walrus, etc. while providing full isolation and more current per circuit.

The thoman powerplant jr (the smaller one with 5/6 outputs, not the bigger one) is properly isolated and pretty quiet. Cheap, too.
