As was pointed on early in my membership here the OP has a pattern of behavior whereby he/she poses a question, drops a few links and immediately vanishes.

hmmm. thank you.

FWIW, I had the Corona and hated it. Like, truly hated it. There was something synthetic and droney about it, like a bad plugin. Just my $.02.
An awful, awful pedal. Not fit to be thrown through a window. Dull and two dimensional. A shame that they cost money. Normally a crummy pedal makes a person think "hmmm, I do not like it", or feel disappointed. The Corona makes me incredulous.
This is an excellent rectangle

EHX Small Clone, the full big box version is my favorite chorus pedal. The Clone Theory has more options but in my opinion, it sounds like shit. The big box version of the Polychorus is great too if you want lots of options and different effects, but it can be rare and cost-prohibative. The Boss CE-2W and the MXR Analog Chorus seem like they could be very good as well, but I haven't personally tried them. Stay away from the Digitech Mutli Chorus. I used to own one and that digital thing is so cold, you'll think it needs freon to work.

Some chorus, some flangers, but what you want is the overlap in the proverbial venn diagram of the two effects
For that, I still like the ol' DC-2. No knobs, no options, no flexibility -- just four hardwired presets (and three of them are awful). But, for my ears, that first button, Mode 1, is the perfect blend of chorus with just a touch of hi-band flanger. In the absence of a JC amp, that's my go-to for chorus.

Kinda like a Phase 90 -- you can't do anything with it, but you don't need to, because it's pretty much perfect as is.

As a long time user of ibanez choruses (Ue racks, cs9), the newer chorus mini is pretty great.
I've always liked the ibanez family voicing more than the boss (ce2b, ce2w, dc2 even) as a bit more lush and not as prominent In the high swirls (which can sometimes sound metallic).

Andy Summers is probably easiest with an ehx electric mistress or even an ibanez fl9.

Off topic: for bass, the Ehx clone theory wins (original and reissue) for what it does.

Maybe it's my love for Andy Summers, but I have always preferred flange-chorus or chorus-flange sounds over straight (especially 80s) chorus sounds.

In addition to the Electric Mistress, I think the chorus tones from the A/DA Flanger far surpasses anything from a conventional chorus pedal. I also like settings 2 and 4 on the old Roland Dimension D a lot.

I don't know if there are less expensive clones of those to look for as neither fit into the cheap category.
