Catalinbread Semaphore?
I've got an EQD Night Wire for my bass rig, but after hearing the Dwarfcraft Twin Stage, I'm kinda wondering about another tremolo as well. I found someone on one of the bass forums through a Google search mention the Catalinbread Semaphore. It was discontinued long before I knew of Catalinbread. Anyone ever try one?

I had one that I sold a couple of weeks ago. It was the non tap-tempo version. I would describe it as a great classic tremolo pedal. But I never tried it with a bass.

Check the Malekko Sneak Attack out. It does way more than tremolo.

Re: Catalinbread Semaphore?
I was definitely more curious about the bigger-sized tap tempo version (even though I'd never use tap tempo on a tremolo), but I think my question is now irrevelant due to...
I found this a few weeks ago and I've been LUSTING after it like a mofo. I always had an eye on the VFE Bumble Bee (even though I didn't need a compressor built-in), and when I stumbled onto the Sneak Attack, it was PERFECT. It sounds like it does a very nice tremolo thing, as well as the swell thing. I imagine with a bass, it would be glorious. I kinda want to write Josh/Malekko to see if they'd consider doing a bigger enclosure version with the lil' buddy switch built-in. I figure the materials and labor they spent on two separate enclosures (2 extra TRS jacks, paint, etc.), they could make a bigger version for about the same. Hell, maybe I could see if he could make me a one-off custom one...CHILDISHGAMBINO wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2017 9:12 pmCheck the Malekko Sneak Attack out. It does way more than tremolo.
