That's the thing with really good tremolo. I find it hard to work out or say what's good about it. Like, it's essentially a glorified, automated volume knob. I can never work out why some sound warm, or creamy or even good or bad. I think (but don't feel) that it should be just a case of if it gets loud and quiet, doesn't colour tone, and lets you have some control over the shape, speed and intensity of the wave form.
But it isn't.
And I don't know why.
I like this one because it doesn't call too much attention to itself. In fact at moderate depth settings it's hard to tell exactly what it's doing. The pan is the same way.
