This demo here shows the features the best out of any I've seen before I bought it.

I think this pedal is awesome. It is super fuzzy and messy but the heavy gating on it keeps it from getting too out of control. With the tone knob on the pedal and amp settings you can go from 60s garage fuzz through Smashing Pumpkins into QOTSA. The best part is that you can play extremely fuzzed out chords without them turning into mush and noise.
Caveats:
- The gating means that you can't really sustain out notes. If you hold a note it eventually squelches out. This sounds cool, especially when you start messing with a delay and the guitar volume knob but if you want a traditional searing, sustaining lead tone you'll have to use another box.
- The pedal is LOUD. I have to keep mine on 10 o'clock and that's still a boost over the dry signal
- The pedal has a lot of bass. If i use it with my normal amp settings it causes the stock Jensen P10 in my 65 PRRI to fart out pretty good, but if I drop the bass pretty low it sounds awesome. I think this may be as much an effect of the shitty PRRI speaker though.
Even with all of the caveats this is a keeper. Just the kind of controlled noise that I love
