;D I wanted to say it, but didn't want to go there! I read in an interview John Buckland said he started playing them because they were easy to get anywhere in the world. So he could just buy new amps instead of shipping them around.

haha i read the same thing. thats so cool. i loe coldplay's tone too. they get a great tone out of those amps. he plays a mexican 72 reissue thinline too. rad.

yeah, I saw them back in 03. John had some really nice guitars. Several Teles, a B&B JM and he still uses a Japanese Jaguar  8)

RIG UPDATE:

selling the 72 tele deluxe reish and buying either an epiphone casino or sheraton II. i want it in natural whichever i get, just cant decide what guitar yet ??? ??? ???

i hate being so picky. in my defense the sheraton has been lusted after for years. the deluxe was something i decided i wanted on a whim. its just not for me.

the sheraton, however, i love. never could afford one, but i did have a cherry dot for a while, but didnt like the red :k
