Nobody has mentioned the old Line 6 Spider IV 15? They're not a bad amp, and can be loud enough for small gigs. I've had one for about 8 years as a home jamming amp.
This is a signature. If you're reading this you've gone past the end of my post.

Ditto on the Line 6 IV Spider 15 Watt. But P4P for the $$$ the Vox Pathfinder 15R is hard to beat. The Yamaha THR line is great too.

This one's so cool. The crunch channel cleans up really well, and it's loud as hell so it's taken the place of my Vox Pathfinder 10 as a nighttime practice amp.

The delay kinda sucks though.

Marshall valvestate 8040, my first "good" amp. Still have it 25 years later and it's useful for gigs in very inappropriate places...

Any good experiences with the Peavey Envoy 110?

My only 2 amps at the moment are a Vox 15R and a Fender 65R. I really like them both.

My brother has a Hiwatt G50, which I haven't heard people talking about, but it's also very nice for the money.

I played a lot of valvestates in rehearsal rooms, never had an issue with them, to me they sound just fine too, I'd own one.

Vox Pathfinder 15R for sure (had one but sold it a couple of years ago..wish I'd kept it)

my buddy had an early 90s red knob princeton chorus that sounded great. he gigged it plenty of times and had plenty of volume for the clubs we played.

I think my new favorite small amp is about to be this one...

These are using the NuTube technology.... but I'm guessing that is still considered solid state or maybe modern tube hybrid.....

They look super cool. They sound really good from the video. I can't wait to see one and check it out in person in the near future.
