It has a 1 amp fuse, so deluxe reverb or Princeton reverb would be my guess.
Logic gates based on billiard-ball computer designs have also been made to operate using live soldier crabs of the species Mictyris guinotae in place of the billiard balls.

A Princeton Reverb derivative, yes. We have a winner. Stay tuned.

Is this derivative your own design or someone elses?
Princeton is one of me favorites, more amps should put the trem after the reverb. Always enjoy seeing people's take on this amp.

I’m intrigued! I’m actually considering teaching a class to my students on analog electronics via amp building (a Champ, I think), so I’ll be following this closely!
Also, what changes have you made to the PR circuit?

I want to do the schematic/layout user name: Tubeswell, posted a few years ago. I think is just a slightly modified AA1164 with a Merlin influenced grounding scheme if i recall correctly.
Havent looked into it too much yet. I have a PT and and OT for it, saw the chassis on feebay and yeah, that's as far as ive gotten..

One thing i will do is, square off the convenience receptacle socket on the back and put an IEC receptacle in there instead...

That makes a lot of sense. It’s the one thing I didn’t do on my Tremolux build that I wish I had done.

I ordered a bunch of those to convert my amps, someday I will get around to doing that. Wish a punch for doing those holes was not so expensive, sure would be easier then drill/coping saw/files, especially on a finished amp.

Should be no problems there, plenty of folk go that route with these amps, or they used to at least.
I only ever made one board, to much work, went back to terminal strips. Only have to drill a handful of holes right to the chassis, install a few rivets and your off, takes about 15 minutes for most amps.

Not much progress.. But some. I still need to order the turret board, caps, reverb xformer, tube sockets, teflon wire, reverb tank, tubes and knobs...
Got the chassis. I drilled some extra holes to mount the PT and OT.
Found 4 pots i can use on my spare parts drawer... Including a 1MA, and a 100KL
Scored a Mojotone Blackface faceplate for $13 on Reverb..the silver back plate im keeping, I actually like it. The front one looks crappy, so I'll replace it with the Mojotone one.
