Another NAD. My dad just found me a fender ultimate chorus for $50 at a yard sale. Nothing worth starting a new thread about so I'm just posting it here.
What is acoustic? Oh, you means a grandpa's guitars? A grandpa's guitars? That's for pussies and grandpas. I think you know it.

I got a chance to play around with a used GVT52-212 at a Guitar Center a month or two ago. I really, really liked it, especially the distortion. I was using a strat and the higher gain distortion sounded kind of fuzzy and crunchy at the same time. Sounded good at low volumes too. There was some cosmetic damage to the amp so they were selling it for pretty cheap, $350 I think. Kind of kick myself for not picking it up.
Very glued and greasy reverb sound

There's a 1x12" combo version for sale on Reverb. Was tempted but I already have the head+speaker cab. If I was jamming out, that'd be the amp I would get to leave in a practice space, though. Not too expensive that I would worry about it, but still gets decent tones and is loud enough to stay clean for pedals.
