I tried a Magnatone Twilighter combo (1x12") some months ago and was really impressed.
Does anyone here have Magnatone Super Fifty-Nine mk.II in combo version? Tried or heard it in person?
Here's some specs:
- 4 bridgeable inputs and 2 volumes with master volume
- 4-band tone stack (treble/mid/bass/presence)
- 2x EL34 (power section)
- "Varistor Pitch Shifting Vibrato" (switchable to conventional tremolo)
- all-tube buffered effects loop
- 45 watts push-pull class AB
- custom 12" ceramic speaker
Actually not in the market for an amp, but...well...this is quite tempting!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Magnatone Super Fifty-Nine mk.II (combo)
thanks for pointing this out! i like the specs, too. i'll give it a spin in January when they come to NAMM. i have an old 260 so i've never needed another Maggie, but this is a nice departure and looks great.
